The short version

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any unused and unopened merchandise for a refund.

What qualifies

• Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
• The return must be requested within 14 days of the date your order was marked delivered.
• Opened or used wands can't be accepted back, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
